Louisville, Kentucky To Launch ‘Housing First’ Addiction Recovery Project
The government of Louisville, Kentucky is preparing to launch a new 12-month addiction recovery ‘housing first’ project funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF). On October 28, 2021, the Louisville, Kentucky, Metro Government’s Accelerator Team issued a request for applications (RFA) proposal for harm reduction recovery housing.
