On January 20, 2022, CenterWell Senior Primary Care (CenterWell), a Humana operating unit, announced plans to open primary care centers for older adults in three new states: Arizona, Kentucky, and Tennessee, expanding its geographic presence from nine-states to 12. New CenterWell centers are planned for Phoenix, Arizona; Louisville, Kentucky; and Nashville, Tennessee.

The expansion is part of CenterWell’s plans to open 26 new centers between mid-2022 through early 2023 in its 12-state market: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
