Colorado Contracts With Signal Behavioral Health For ‘I Matter’ Youth Mental Health Program
The Colorado Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) contracted with Signal Behavioral Health Network (Signal) to provide "I Matter", a rapid response program for youth mental health crises. The services are intended for youth ages 18 and younger, and for youth age 21 or younger who are receiving special education services. The program went live on October 27, 2021. The program includes a professional network and a website as a portal for the temporary “I Matter” program for Colorado youth seeking to access mental health treatment and therapy sessions.
