Just Add Capital

It's "Capital + Leadership + Culture + Service = Profits", not "Leadership + Culture + Service = Profits."

That was the add to my customer service piece, Leadership + Culture + Service = Profits all members, made by OPEN MINDS Circle reader, J. Kevin Fee, the president of Angler West Consultants, Inc. His point – no new developments can happen without capital, and capital is a missing ingredient in many health and human service organizations. He wrote:

In human services – and particularly non-profit human services – capital is the scarce resource. From the perspective of someone long engaged in mergers and acquisitions, I think [there will be] many non-profit . . .
