Beyond Telehealth

Just over 2 years ago, the field did a big pivot—moving much of service delivery to telehealth almost overnight in response to the COVID pandemic (see Medicare Saw Telehealth Use Grow More Than 6,000% During COVID-19). But the hybrid health and human service delivery system is still evolving and in this next phase, the “technology” will not be limited to telehealth.
