Change Management Is Changing

Greetings from Gettysburg and the last day of the 2023 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat. The focus this week was on leading in a time of change—changing payer and health plan expectations, a changing political and regulatory environment, and a changing workforce landscape. To dust off the sage observation from Heraclitus back in 540 BC, "The only constant in life is change."
