Change Not Happening? Maybe Someone On Your Team Is A “Lazy Leader”

This morning’s Wall Street Journal carried the headline, Return To Almost Normal May Be Closer Than You Think. And I don’t disagree with the author’s math. The U.S. government purchased enough Pfizer vaccines for 50 million people and enough Moderna vaccines for 100 million people, with the vaccines scheduled for distribution over the next 60 days. The Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Novavax vaccines should be approved for emergency use in the same time period.

Of the 254 million adults in the United States, 20% of the population say they definitely won’t get the vaccine . . .
