Not Every “Workforce Crisis” Is The Same

In the past week, not a strategy conversation has gone by without a mention of 'the workforce issue'. But what I have learned over the past year is that the phrase 'the workforce issue' is an umbrella term for many talent issues.

One issue in the field is recruitment and retention of non-licensed support staff. Group homes, nursing homes, assisted living programs, and home care programs are all competing for the same pool of people for these roles.
