Almost three-quarters (78%) of American adults have used a health care app or web site to manage their health. Most commonly, seven in ten (71%) adults say they have used a health care app or website in the past year to access their medical records or lab test results, 60% to make an appointment with a clinician or manage prescriptions (59%).
