I’m looking forward to getting together next week in Florida for our annual deep dive into performance management at The 2020 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute and our new 2020 OPEN MINDS Integration Summit. Much of the change in the health and human service landscape over the past decade—value-based reimbursement, new tech adoption, consolidation, and more—is the result of the payer and consumer preference for “integration.” But the drivers of that preference are many – convenience, better outcomes, lower costs – creating new challenges for performance management.
