I spent yesterday at the i2i Center for Integrative Health Critical Connection spring conference in Raleigh and had the opportunity to open the meeting with my keynote address, Navigating A Turbulent Landscape: Building Resilience In Organizations Serving Consumers With Complex Needs. The conference—and the situation in North Carolina—is a testament to the challenges of managing uncertainty.
