The Missing Ingredients
One of my favorite pastimes is cooking for my friends. This past holiday season, we had Spanish tapas night, a Swedish cinnamon roll brunch, an Asian fusion dinner, and a Caribbean feast on New Year’s Day. In addition to having great discussion of life and times over great food with my friends, I love these dinners because they are a challenge to try something completely new. The challenge includes a fabulous menu with the right ingredients and carefully planned timing to pull off a success.
