What To Do About Your Workforce, Right Now
There are signs of workforce issues everywhere. Last week, there was no housekeeping in my hotel, Lyft took 45 minutes, my two new chairs took 14 months to be delivered, the yogurt stand at the airport was closed, and it was hard to find a restaurant for dinner in my hometown on some nights.
