The combined RethinkCare and Joshin solution can be embedded directly into employer benefits strategies, seamlessly integrating with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), health plans and leave/accommodation processes, according to the announcement. By addressing challenges early with proactive coaching, navigation and digital resources, employers can often reduce the need for formal accommodations.
