July 5, 2004 Devereux Cleo Wallace to Close Two Colorado Facilities Devereux Cleo Wallace, the treatment center for many of Colorado's most troubled kids, will close its Colorado Springs campus and an inpatient center in Westminster (Colorado). In an announcement on May 4, 2004, company officials blamed the residential centers' financial woes on state payments that don't cover the cost of treatment.
