Centerstone & The H Group To Merge

On November 21, 2013, the Boards of Directors for Centerstone and The H Group signed a letter of intent to merge the two non-profit behavioral health care provider organizations into a combined organization with 146 locations in four states, and annual revenue projected at $160 million. Centerstone provides mental health and addiction treatment services to more than 75,000 people in Indiana and Tennessee. The H Group provides mental health and developmental disability services to nearly 9,000 people in Illinois and Kentucky.
