38.7% Of Educators Think Some English-Language Learners Should Have Repeated Grades Due To COVID-19

About 38.7% of educators said some English-language learners should have repeated grades after learning loss that resulted from coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). More than 56% of educators said these students’ formal education was significantly disrupted by COVID-19. However only about 22% recommended that their own students be retained.
