50% Of Health Care Organizations Have Implemented Generative AI Tools

Half of surveyed health care organizations reported implementing generative artificial intelligence (AI) agents by the end of 2025, reflecting continued growth in adoption across the sector, according to a recent survey with health care leaders at payer organizations, provider organizations, and health care services and technology firms.

Adoption of generative AI has increased steadily over the past two years, according to the survey responses, rising from 25% in late 2023 to 47% in 2024 and reaching 50% in 2025.
