61% Of Large Employers Report Increase In Employee Mental Health Leaves

About 61% of human resources (HR) and benefits professionals at employers with more than 500 employees reported an increase in employee mental health leaves during the past year, according to a recent survey. About 16% said mental health leaves increased by 25% or more. About 22% reported no change in mental health leave frequency, while 14% reported a decline.
