Three-Quarters Of Adults Agree That Telehealth Is More Convenient Than Other Health Care Options
A new survey by CVS Health and Harris Poll finds that 76% of adults find telehealth more convenient than other health care options because it's more flexible, scheduling appointments is easier, and care is received more quickly. Generation X respondents (those born from the mid-to-late 1960s to the early 1980s) somewhat or strongly agree that telehealth appointments are more convenient and flexible for scheduling (82%).
