Alaska RFI Gauges Interest In Future Procurements For Medicaid Behavioral Health Care Coordination Services
On June 8, 2021, the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) released a request for interest (RFI 21-015) to gauge industry interest in future potential behavioral health procurements. Responses were due by June 18, 2021. DBH is considering contracting for care coordination services to support the admission and continued stay review for inpatient and residential behavioral health services to ensure that appropriate services are provided at the appropriate level of care.
