On January 12, 2021, Amazon announced the expansion of its pilot health care program with three neighborhood primary care clinics, which Amazon calls "neighborhood health centers," in the Louisville, Kentucky area. In early February 2021, Amazon opened three additional health centers in the Phoenix, Arizona area in Tempe, Maryvale, and Tolleson.
