California Launches New $50 Million Program To Fund Projects To Move Homeless From Encampments To Permanent Housing
On October 29, 2021, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced that the California Homeless Coordinating and Financing Council (HCFC) had released an application for $50 million in funding for the brand-new Encampment Resolution Funding (ERF) Grant program. The program provides targeted grants to fund selected proposals submitted by eligible cities, counties, and continuums of care (CoCs).
