On June 22, 2021, the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) released a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a contractor to provide wraparound services for children with serious emotional disturbance. Wraparound services were established in California under Senate Bill (SB) 163; the services include comprehensive child and family support system services (CCFSS) that are focused on community-based, family-centered, strength-based, and needs-driven planning.
