Colorado Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Children’s Mental Health Care

On September 3, 2021, a class action lawsuit was filed against the State of Colorado over children’s mental health care. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of three teenage plaintiffs and a proposed class of allegedly thousands of Medicaid eligible children under the age of 21.
