Between January and February 2021, the number of telehealth claims per month from commercially insured individuals in the United States fell for the first time since September 2020. During January and February 2021, mental health conditions were the most common telehealth diagnosis nationally and in every region. Nationally, mental health conditions accounted for 51.3% of telehealth claims in January 2021, and 54.6% in February 2021.
