Delaware Awards State Employee Assistance Program Services Contract To ComPsych Corporation

On August 17, 2020, the Delaware State Employee Benefits Committee awarded a contract to ComPsych Corporation to provide employee assistance program services. The contract is valued at $0.65 per employee per month (PEPM) for about 101,000 covered lives enrolled in the state’s health insurance plan. The contract goes live on January 1, 2021, and runs through June 30, 2023, followed by two one-year renewal options. The maximum contract value is about $1.5 million
