Delaware Issues RFP For Outpatient Addiction Treatment Services
The Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS), Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH) is seeking bids to provide comprehensive outpatient treatment (CBHOT) services for adults with addiction disorder. The bidders must be able to provide addiction treatment to people with or without co-occurring mental health disorders. DHSS released the request for proposals (RFP HSS-21-014) on February 2, 2021, with proposals due on April 1, 2021. Awards are anticipated by May 23, 2021. The contracts will run for five years.
