Encompass Health & Saint Alphonsus Health System Form Idaho Home Health & Hospice Joint Venture
On January 5, 2022, Encompass Health and Saint Alphonsus Health System (Saint Alphonsus) announced a home health and hospice joint venture in Idaho. The new joint venture will include the Saint Alphonsus home health and hospice locations in Boise, Idaho, and the Encompass Health home health and hospice locations in Boise and Nampa, Idaho. The arrangement went live January 1, 2022.
The goal of the joint venture is to expand in-system home health and hospice capacity for people discharged from Saint Alphonsus Health System inpatient facilities in Boise and Nampa. This joint venture is Saint Alphonsus’ second with Encompass . . .
