Florida Health Care Association To Launch Initiative To Recruit 3,000 New CNAs Into The State’s Long-Term Care Workforce
The Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) is launching an initiative to recruit at least 3,000 new Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) into the state’s long-term care workforce. In partnership with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), FHCA will launch the two-year CaregiversFL Career Program in October 2021. The program will focus on raising awareness about long-term care as an opportunity for career growth.
