Georgia’s Fulton County Rebidding The Service Contract For Its Opioid Disorder Drug Court
The Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, is rebidding the services to manage its drug court specific to individuals with opioid use disorders. The current contractor, Southside Medical, provides community-based medication assisted addiction treatment (MAT) services for eligible individuals.
On September 16, 2020, the Superior Court issued a request for proposals (20RFP091520A-CJC) for the services. Proposals are due by October 19, 2020. The initial one-year contract term will be followed by two, one-year renewal options.
