Gryphon Investors To Acquire LEARN Behavioral From LLR Partners
On March 19, 2019, Gryphon Investors (Gryphon), a San Francisco-based private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in LEARN Behavioral (LEARN) from LLR Partners. LEARN is the leading network of providers serving children with autism and other special needs across the United States. Gryphon investors have entered into the behavioral health sector for the first time with hopes to utilize LEARN to expand upon Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children affected by autism spectrum disorder. LLR Partners and senior management will maintain minority stakes alongside Gryphon. The transaction amount was not disclosed.
