Hawaii County Rebids Chronic Disease Self-Management Services
On October 25, 2019, the Hawaii County Office of Aging (HCOA) released a request for proposals (RFP HCOA.2019.BCBHC.01) to rebid the contract to coordinate the Better Choices Better Health (BCBH) – Ke Ola Pono program, also known nationwide as the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.
