On August 18, 2021, the Hawaii Department of Health (DMH), Adult Mental Health Division (AMHD) released a request for proposals (RFP HTH 420-2-22) to rebid its specialized residential services program (SRSP). The SRSP has three components: Specialized Residential Treatment, Day Treatment, and Aftercare. Respondents may choose to apply to provide the entire SRSP array of services or to provide only the Day Treatment and Aftercare components.
