On March 16, 2021, a judge blocked the federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) from implementing a rule on administrative dispute resolution (ADR) for the Medicare 340 B Drug Pricing Program, which require pharmaceutical firms to offer discounts on drugs to safety net provider organizations in exchange for Medicare coverage.
