Kansas To Publish First Annual Foster Care Academic Report Card By January 15, 2021
Kansas is implementing a system to track educational achievement for students in foster care. An annual “report card” will track educational outcomes and collect give state leaders, schools (or other education provider entities), and stakeholders a picture of where the state needs to improve. The new approach was established by an executive order on July 7, 2020.
