The Department of Defense awarded Leidos and Magellan Health Inc., prime contracts for the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) program. The program provides military service members and their families with access to face-to-face non-medical counseling, consultation, and outreach services in the communities where they are stationed. Together the contracts are valued at $4 billion, $2 billion to Leidos and $2 billion to Magellan.
