Massachusetts Selects PointClickCare To Provide An Automated Behavioral Health Treatment & Referral Platform

On July 7, 2023, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) launched a two-year contract with PointClickCare to provide a behavioral health treatment and referral platform (BH TRP) to identify placements for people in emergency departments for a behavioral health problem. The goal is to reduce wait times for admission to an inpatient psychiatric treatment bed or to community based acute treatment.
