Microsoft Releases Accessibility Commitments To Improve Technologies For People With Disabilities
On April 28, 2021, Microsoft announced a new five-year plan to help people living with disabilities, which includes improvements to accessible technologies for the global population. Microsoft is also funding skills development programs for people with disabilities and plans to offer new curriculum across Microsoft Learn and LinkedIn Learning. In October 2020, Microsoft shared their disability representation numbers in the U.S. for the first time in the “Microsoft Global Diversity & Inclusion Report 2020.”
