Minnesota To Expand Medicaid Integrated Health Partnerships With New Care Delivery Models In New Geographic Regions
On May 28, 2019, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), Health Care Administration issued a request for proposals (RFP) to expand Medicaid Integrated Health Partnerships (IHP) with new care delivery models in new geographic regions. The IHP is an alternative payment arrangement that holds the participating provider organizations accountable for a total cost of care (TCOC) and quality of services provided to the Medicaid population.
