The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS), Public Health and Safety Division (PHSD) is expanding the Montana Asthma Home Visiting Program (MAP) into new counties. On June 23, 2021, it issued a request for proposals (DPHHS-RFP-2021-0352R) seeking applications from hospitals, health care systems, and tribal health departments located in counties with no existing MAP sites. Applications are due by July 16, 2021.

The MAP has worked with county health departments and one community health center. The current procurement opens this opportunity to health care provider organizations for the first time.
