More Than 90% Of Human Resources Leaders Have Positive Attitudes Toward Artificial Intelligence Tools
A survey of 1,340 human resources (HR) and benefits leaders at large, self-funded U.S. employers found that more than 90% had a positive outlook toward artificial intelligence (AI) tools. About 77% of respondents said they are using AI productivity tools, such as ChatGPT, for some HR tasks. More than 46% of organizations using AI in benefits administration reported higher wellness engagement and reduced employee leave.
