National Quality Forum Recommends Measuring Telehealth Quality In Four Areas Of Impact
On September 5, 2017, the National Quality Forum (NQF) recommended that the health care industry focus on four areas of impact to measure the quality of telehealth services. The areas are: consumer access to care, financial impact to consumers and their care team, experience of the consumer and clinical professional, and effectiveness of clinical and operational systems.
