National Surveys Reveal Disconnect Between Employees & Employers Around Mental Health Need
Two national surveys reveal a disconnect between employees and employers regarding mental health need. Overall, 65% of employers report that employee mental health is supported well or very well; while 51% of all employee respondents said the same. For frontline workplaces, or workplaces with personnel that interact directly with consumers or clients in the workplace, the disconnect was greater - 71% of employers said that employee mental health was supported well or very well, but only 27% of employees said the same.
