Nearly 90% Of U.S. Employers Prioritize New & Enhanced Health Care Vendor Solutions
A large majority of U.S. employers recently surveyed (88%) said that they are planning to make changes to their vendor partnerships and services provided to offer improved health care and well-being benefits for their employees over the next two years.
Anticipated changes include:
Well-Being Programs/Services: 55% are planning to add solutions or enhance current solutions, or change vendors (versus 12% who made similar changes in 2022).
Mental Health Solutions: 37% are planning to make changes, such as including employee assistance programs and other clinical and pharmacy solutions (versus 24% who made similar changes in 2022)
