On September 1, 2017, the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) released a rebid for the Centennial Care Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) contracts. Proposals are due by November 15, 2017. HSD intends to contract with from three to five MCOs. Contract awards announcements are slated for March 15, 2018, with the new Centennial Care 2.0 contracts going live on January 1, 2019, the same date the Centennial Care 1115 Medicaid waiver renewal starts.
