North Carolina Planning To Adopt A New Business Model For Its Three State-Run Alcohol & Drug Abuse Treatment Centers
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) wants to implement a new business model for its three Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Centers (ADATCs) operated by the North Carolina Department of State Operated Health Care Facilities (DSOHF). To develop the new model, on February 18, 2021, the state issued a request for proposals (RFP 30-02182021) for a six-month contract to develop an implementable and sustainable business model for the ADATCs.
