Oklahoma Implementing Criminal Justice Reform, Will Release Hundreds Of Prisoners
The Oklahoma Department of Corrections (DOC) is implementing criminal justice reform that will result in the release of 700 to 900 inmates starting on November 4, 2019. During October 2019, transition fairs were held to connect inmates with community services and give eligible inmates the opportunity to learn what they need to do before their release.
