According to an audit by the Oregon Audits Division for the Secretary of State, the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) could make it easier to file complaints and do a better job reaching people who have questions about services or want to participate in public meetings.
