On January 13, 2021, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) announced it had selected Aunt Bertha for negotiations on a contract to create an interactive online platform to facilitate referrals to address social determinants of health. The DHS vision is creation of a statewide care coordination system for health care and social services provider organizations as well as state and local agencies. The system would be called Pennsylvania Resource Information and Services Enterprise (RISE PA). The announcement said DHS hoped to launch RISE PA during the first quarter of 2021 in Adams, Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry . . .
